    I’ve not rested within the last two nights, I have had perhaps a 15-twenty minutes nap but which was over 24 hrs ago.. I’m not sure wrong, I’ve not rested whatsoever and that i still find myself awake. Could stress possibly be the reason for this? I have were built with a difficult time with working during the day, but when it will get late I am fully awake. I do not drink/consume a lot of sugary meals. I actually do exercises before mattress. I’ve got a schedule I follow every single day, getting out of bed simultaneously(that is early.) Except during the last 2 days, since i have haven’t rested whatsoever. Must I tell my physician and obtain medication?

    I started yoga also it finishes in meditation, however the mantra is gopala govinda madana mohana…what do i mean basically continue doing this again and again? Exist British mantras will be able to chant? Meditation for idiot’s…right? lol

    i’ve anxiety and that i want to explore our planet but im always scared of knoledge. how do i calm my body and mind in order to read, understand, think, and meditate in peace.

    i wish to read the soul and become a peacefull warior ( i cant purchase the book right now) and become experienced in my lifetime with rare knoledge of self and world but im scared of losing my thoughts. I realize this is within my mind so i wish to see soothing exercises to calm myself.

    i’m not sure if the will matter much however i am requesting my parents. my father has vitiligo while he will get consumed with stress so easily and my mother too (but she doesn’t have vitiligo) however since she was raised without consuming lots of milk her bones aren’t as strong as they may be. now she drinks coffee three occasions each day. which jogs my memory does coffee affect your wellbeing in an optimistic or negative way? oh and my father doesn’t drink coffee.

    I have read lots of good stuff on Yoga and I am thinking of using this method:

    There is a one hour exercise Yoga program I am likely to try 4-6 days per week in your own home to loose about 15 pounds, after which I am likely to make use of the relaxation program after wards that is 45 min., however i expect to do that one every single day if at all possible in lowering my anxiety and stress.

    Do you consider this is effective? What is actually been your knowledge about Yoga?
