    I leased a flat today. The apartment is possessed with a large corporation. It’s inside a condo community. The majority of the condos are independently possessed. But a couple of are corporate possessed, and leased out. Can there be any distinction between leasing a flat and leasing a condo? Is really a condo building built much better than a condominium?     ok…i had been on craig’s list.internet and that i seen an amazing condo for $350 per month! factor is idk what bills id need to pay…you realize like water, electricity, lights, etc.. the main reason i’m asking happens because people state that a flat is essentially a condo however with a condo you simply have some bills to pay for so im stumped! can someone help me!
