My boyfriend and I’ve been considering taking the next phase and getting into a condo together. Both of us work full-time and together make about $2,700 per month. Is that this enough money to reside on? He’s about $10k saved, and that i have about 3K that people can use if we have to. He’s a couple of small bills to pay for every month, as i have vehicle and college financial loans, so he’d be having to pay a bit more than me. We’ve investigated lots of apartment complexes in A holiday in greece, that is near to both our jobs, and believe we are able to obtain a 1 bed room for $600-$650. We are just concern about causeing this to be choices too rapidly and getting up to the parents (who both of us still accept). Anybody have strategies for us? Thanks!

I’m leasing a home having a 37 years old guy until decmeber 09. I’m fine living there and do my washing and cleaning for that shared parts of the home constantly. My room though is my sanctuary, I’ve private letters and things inside. It’s also less tidy because the relaxation of the home- not really a pig sty though!! Some clothes on a corner of the ground, a couple of pieces of paper laying around from my postgrad course, 2 dirty mugs from hot chocolates around the window ledge under the surface(they’re his but he’s like20 and just us 2 rely on them, they’ve been there a couple of days) plus some Dvd disks from their cases. He accepted he’s a clear freak. The relaxation of the home is sort of a show home. After I came home yesterday he’d put my socks from the radiator within the hall within my room. He stated it had been some advice also it needs tidying – Im really annoyed! It is the second time he has been around my room and that i do not like it. Have i got any privileges? I would request for any lock around the door initially when i first moved in however i wished to make certain we’re able to trust one another. Irrrve never wander round his room as he has gone out, I question if he’s searching through my stuff. He’s so military-style the relaxation of the home is ideal- why cant he leave my room alone, there is nothing broken or getting hurt!!

We’d a chimney fire who are holding cards yesterday, (not within the flue) and also the landlord is saying it’s our fault and we’re liable to cover a brand new pot. We’ve examined our tenancy agreement and contains no ruling within the agreement. We’ve the chimney taken two times annually. We’ve been without heating for 2 days which solid fuel open fire is our only type of heating. We reside in Scotland and we’re disabled. I’ve declined to pay for this charge, however the landlord has stated that they’ll fit a brand new pot and bill us following the work continues to be done. Can anybody advise me on which my privileges are and just what help I’m able to get and when I have behaved correctly by declining this charge. Thanks

In order not get screwed ultimately through the landlord for false costs, that we assume is a prevalent problem on their behalf.

    Are there more tips?

Okay, I’m trying to upstart a business and currently am looking at renting office space. I’m quite young, so if anybody could give me any tips or if there’s anything I should know… because I’m assuming there’s a lot more to renting an office than to renting an apartment? Like are there tax things I should know about? What about hidden fees beyond the rent? Obviously you can tell I don’t know much, so please help!

    Thanks.
