    I run a hotel, where customer support is vital (or we attempt anyway). Room family and friends and front desk reps, never visit a end product. Yes, their room will get clean, or even the guest will get checked in. However the next is within line in it. They are able to never reap the reward so to speak as their work never finishes. Besides its not so glamourous or significant. In my opinion in honest work with honest pay. And wages should not and is not the ultimate motivation (although should be competetive). Do not say food and cash, or let me know to see this book. Leading by illustration of course and all sorts of that stuff, but ultimately, to obtain a specific task accomplished repetetively and properly with little supervision may be the question. Ideas?
