    I understand everyone keeps saying, I am only youthful, I’m, I am 18 but I am inclined to over think everything so when I’ve slow days work I get consumed with stress about various things, my thoughts spins really and that i begin to feel sick and dizzy, is that this bad because recently they’ve been placed with many different super painful head aches.

    A few days continues to be insane. Were built with a tough math test, cajolled in class, best friend’s grandfather died, made to eat an excessive amount of by my mother (will not take no to have an answer despite the fact that i have been vomiting recently), can’t sleep due to chest and back pains etc.

    I recieve paralyzing panic attacks throughout the daytime. The only real factor that button snaps me from it is to consume some chocolate. This does not help my weight reduction efforts whatsoever. Any ideas? Please bear in mind it can’t must many steps or take lots of effort since the attacks are paralyzing. I simply shut lower.     I’m going into my junior year of senior high school and i’m whether little stressed, depressed or both for an additional reasons:

    1. I’ve a lot of homework, that is tougher work than i’m accustomed to, for the beginning of school for AP classes (courses of instruction for college credit). I will need to spend the relaxation of summer time doing the work also it appears to loom over my mind.

    2. The Harry Potter series just ended that we would be a huge fan of. It appears to create me believe that there’s not too much to appear foward to. It really is a riduculous work load.

    3. I did not lose the ten-15 pounds i needed for this summer time despite trying. My moobs always stand out making me think I ought to purchase a bra.
